Interstate Trucking May Come To Unscheduled Halt Over Holiday Weekend
The Easter weekend may see an unscheduled halt to interstate trucking in Pennsylvania.A truck driver from the Harrisburg area wants truckers to protest skyrocketing diesel fuel prices.If the proposed protest along Interstate 81 does not bring attention to the truckers' plight, he's calling on them to pull their vehicles off the road.The cost of diesel fuel has gone up 18 cents a gallon over the past week and truckers say they're spending thousands to fill their tanks.
