- At 9:37 a.m. a female student reported that an unknown person removed an undetermined amount of gasoline from her vehicle while it was parked in Lot 83.
- An Office of Physical Plant staff reported an odor coming from a room at Agricultural Sciences and Industries at 9:01 p.m. The odor was determined to be coming from an overheated server. No damage was reported.
- A student under the influence of alcohol to the degree he could no longer care for himself was apprehended on Curtin Road near the Berkey Creamery October 3rd at 1:57 a.m. The student was also determined to be less than 21 years of age. Theodore G. Hanks, 779 Pine Tree Road, Hummelstown, PA, was issued a citation for liquor law violation and released to his roommate.
- At 2:13 a.m. on October 3rd a student who had consumed alcohol while being less than 21 years of age was apprehended on Curtin Road near Patterson Building. Travis M. Howland, 13 Cotton Creek Boulevard, Enterprise, AL, was issued a citation for liquor law violation and released.
- A student who was under the influence of alcohol to the degree he could no longer care for himself was apprehended in Lot 81 at Wolf Hall October 3rd at 2:50 a.m. The student was also determined to be under 21 years of age. Morgan L. Slimak, 821 Teaberry Lane, State College, PA, was issued a citation for liquor law violation and released to his roommate.
- A non-traffic citation was filed at Magisterial District Judge Leslie Dutchcot's office against John Vida III, 327 Spring Street, Upper Saddle River, NJ. Vida was cited for a liquor violation that occurred September 27th, 2008 at Beaver Stadium.
- A non-traffic citation was filed at Magisterial District Judge Carmine Prestia's office against Matthew Moriarty, 67 Corral Drive, Penfield, NY. Moriarty was cited for public drunkenness for an incident that occurred at Redifer Commons September 27th, 2008.
