Former Wide Receiver Enrolls At Norfolk State

According to the Daily Collegian, former Penn State wide receiver Chris Bell has enrolled at Norfolk State and is taking summer classes.
Bell, originally from Norfolk, VA, was kicked off the football team in April after threatening a teammate with a knife in the Pollock Dining Commons.
Bell plans to play football while at Norfolk State though his eligibility has not been established. Bell is still facing charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, two counts of disorderly conduct, and two counts of harassment. (Read More)
