Penn State Altoona receives grant for adult computer classes

The Commission for Adult Learners' Awards and Incentive Grant Committee bestowed $2,000 to Anna Rose Eckenrode and Kathy Eberhardt, co-chairs of a Penn State Altoona adult recruitment and retention committee.
The committee will offer classes for newly enrolled or current adult students, including training on navigating eLion, Angel, PowerPoint, Eudora and Webmail. The classes will be offered this summer and fall.
