Blair Burglar Sentenced

An accused Blair County burglar is headed to prison after entering a guilty plea in court.

38-year-old Brian Vaughn was charged with breaking into homes in Williamsburg, Allegheny Township, Duncansville and the Martinsburg area. All the crimes were committed between early December 2007 and January 1st of this year.

Vaughn will now serve five to 10 years for burglary, theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief, receiving stolen property, and possessing instruments of crime.
